PRICING & FEES
Why percentage-based pricing?
The fee is structured as a percentage, so it scales fairly with the size and complexity of your wedding. As budgets increase, so do logistics, supplier teams, timelines, and the level of responsibility involved in managing a large-scale event. A percentage-based structure ensures our involvement, accountability, and time commitment remain fully aligned with the scope of your wedding.
Can we agree on a fixed fee?
Yes. I am happy to offer a fixed planning fee based on an agreed working budget, with a built-in contingency. This provides clarity and certainty from the outset, while allowing flexibility as plans naturally evolve. If the final spend exceeds the agreed buffer, my standard percentage applies only to the additional amount, ensuring fairness and continued alignment with the scope of the wedding.
Is there a minimum fee?
Because of the level of planning, design, development, and supplier management involved in the weddings I specialise in, I work with a minimum planning investment of £6,500, for Full Planning & Design and £1,500 for Wedding Day Management. This allows me to take on a limited number of clients each year and ensure every wedding receives the attention, creativity and calm oversight required to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
There is no minimum fee for Planning Consultancy.
What influences your fee?
My fee reflects the size, complexity, and scope of your wedding. Factors include your overall budget, guest numbers, number of suppliers, design and styling requirements, logistical complexity, and the level of involvement you’d like from me. This ensures my time, responsibility, and management scale appropriately so every wedding receives the attention and care it deserves.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. All fees and costs are clearly outlined upfront. Any additional expenses will always be discussed and agreed with you in advance, so there are no surprises.

How involved will you be on the wedding day?
I oversee every aspect of your wedding day, ensuring the timeline, suppliers, and guest experience run smoothly. My presence allows you and your family to fully enjoy the day without worrying about logistics.
How do you choose your suppliers?
I work with a carefully curated network of trusted, high-quality suppliers. Each partner is selected for their reliability, expertise, and ability to deliver exceptional results — ensuring your wedding is seamless and elevated at every touchpoint. And, if I don’t know anyone who fits your brief, you can be sure I will find them using my extended connections and usual due diligence.
Can you work with suppliers we’ve already booked?
Absolutely. I coordinate with any suppliers you’ve chosen, ensuring full alignment and smooth communication throughout the planning process.
Can you handle multi-day weddings?
Yes. In fact I cut my teeth running multi-day weddings spread over a weekend, or weddings with multiple events in different places, if not countries.
How often will we meet or communicate during planning?
I tailor our communication to your needs, with regular check-ins, milestone meetings, and updates. You’ll always know where things stand and have access to our guidance whenever you need.
